You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order. It will typically take 1-4 business days to make your piece in the workshop after you place your order.

SHIPPING

 

Canada:

2-3 days if being mailed within Saskatchewan, no tracking number 

4-9 days if being mailed outside of Saskatchewan via Canada Post with tracking 

 

United States:

Orders sent to the United States will be through Canada Post. Shipping times vary due to delays in customs. There may be additional duties and taxes when importing goods from Canada, and we are not responsible for their payment.

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

Due to the personal nature of our products, they are final sale. 

 

If you have purchased your Milk & Honey piece at a physical storefront that carries our products, you’ll need to follow their policies on returns.

 

If within 60 days of purchase (online or pop-up shop) there is a manufacturing fault (bead cracks, chain breaks, etc.) you can contact info@milknhoneyjewelry.com for an exchange. Please include a photo of your piece in your email.

If after 60 days of purchase (online or pop-up shop), we can look into fixing your item for a small fee. Contact info@milknhoneyjewelry.com for more info.
